Hey everyone, sorry for being MIA. There is something wrong with my ISP so I couldn’t access SB. Now I have to use OpenDNS, which btw makes my connection slower.
Honestly, I really don’t feel like blogging here in SB anymore. I’ve been blogging @ dancewithjay.tumblr.com. It’s supposed to be my Norwegian blog, my readers are my offline friends. How I wish Wordpress is as lightweight as Tumblr. ):
So I’ve been thinking lately, if I should quit Wordpress and just use Tumblr. Then I wouldn’t have to worry about hosting, no more backing up, upgrading the blogging tool, updating the plugins… etc. On the other side, Tumblr doesn’t support plugins and it doesn’t have other features oinly Wordpress has. And I don’t think I will be able to blog like I do if my offline friends read it.
So what do you think? Should I quit or stay?

well, I am really not into tumblr. For me, wordpress is still the best blogging tool.

stay… I think you can manage two blogs. Besides you have said both positive and negative side… tumblr does not support the things wp does… di ba?

I’ve been thinking the same thing. It’s more fun in Tumblr. Hehe. But yeah, Tumblr is not like Wordpress. And I’ll surely miss Wordpress. And like you, my offline friends and my family know about my Tumble blog, and I can’t blog the way I do if I make it my main blog. I don’t think I’ll be closing Saranghamnida. I’ll miss everything there is in owning a Worsmdpress blog — the domain, the themes I make, my readers, the plugins, everything. I hope you won’t leave Claire. You’re one of the best Wordpress bloggers I know. And we’ll miss SB if you’ll close it.
